Strip & Clear Services have experience & knowledge in all aspects of strip out, site clearance, demolition, enabling works plus man and van services in commercial or domestic properties throughout London, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent.
With our experienced team, we supply the correct labour, tools and machinery to take on both large and small projects to strip out and dismantle redundant equipment including damaged or unsafe structures enabling us to get the property back to its original shell and ready for the next stage.

How We Operate
Our Four-Step Process
Fully measured site surveys
A full measurement and survey will be carried outby one of our experienced team. At this point, we have a chance to go though the ideas from different angles and talk about the desired outcome of the project.
Quotes
After the site meeting, we will put together a competitive and transparent quotation coving the areas discussed plus any additional works with the relevant specifications and drawings.
Contracts
Once the quote has been agreed and contract signed, we will provide a fully detailed Method Statement incorporating a Risk Assessment before commencement of any works.
Work Commences
Our specialist team will commence work at the agreed time to deliver a safe, professional and efficient service.
Credentials and Assurance
Registered and Licenced Waste Carrier
We are an Environmental Agency registered and licensed waste carrier, all waste will be segregated on site or re-sorted and processed at the transfer station. Recycling is a major factor at strip & clear, we aim to carry out this task in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible keeping in consideration the environmental impact as our main factor.
Fully Trained and Certified Staff
All our employees are fully trained in line with current legislation and are continually assessed and certified in all aspects of their work through external and in-house training in accordance with CITB and the HSE.

We can supply a range of waste removal services from caged tippers to a roll on roll off skips, covering all angles of waste removal. All waste will be transferred to a waste recovery centre for recycling where up to 98% is recovered.
